This employee rewards program comes at no cost to you or your employer. By simply shopping through the platform, you can enjoy instant savings on everyday purchases. Flare Benefits Program

Flare's Employee Benefits program will give you access to save money and increase your general well-being. For example:

  • You can purchase vouchers at discounted rates from retailers such as Myer, City Beach, Coles, Woolworths, Amazon, and more.
  • Save money on your morning coffee or your weekly shop.
  • Access exclusive perks on household expenses such as electricity & gas.
  • Enjoy exclusive discount codes (i.e. ranges from 2-25% off) at major retailers such as Samsung, General Pants, JB Hi-Fi, Specsavers and more.

If your business has a connection with Flare, you can access the program directly from your foundU Employee App.

Accessing your benefits

If your employer uses the Flare Benefits program, you can access your benefits directly from your Employee App at any time, making it easy and convenient to check your discounts. 
 

To access Employee Benefits:

  1. From your Employee app, select the main menu on the top left.
  2. Next, select the Benefits tab from the side menu.
  3. This will directly link to the exclusive Flare Benefits website, giving you access to exclusive discounts and vouchers.

Note:  If the Benefits tab is not visible in your main menu, it means that your business does not use the Flare integration with foundU. Please contact your manager for more information.

 

FAQs

If my business uses Flare and I decide to use the program, what details of mine are shared?

Your details will not be shared with Flare. If you decide to buy a voucher or use any of the entertainment options through the program, the information saved in your foundU Employee App will automatically populate some fields for you. For instance, your email and phone number will be pre-filled in the form.

What is the cost to me of using this program?

There is no cost at all! Flare is free to use for both yourself and your employer. Any and all costs are covered by us at foundU!

Where do I get in touch to follow up on a purchase I have made, do I contact my employer, foundU or Flare?

Your employer and the team at foundU have no access to or knowledge of your use of the Benefits program so we can't be of much help! You can chat to your employer to get in touch with Flare but it is best to deal with it directly via the link below.
