View and accept company policies issued by your employer so you can stay up to date
Your employer may send company policies to you at any time through the foundU app. These are issued as Terms & Conditions (T&C) that you'll need to review and accept.
When a new policy is issued, it will appear in your app for you to review. You'll need to read and confirm each policy before it’s marked as complete. Once confirmed, the policy will be saved in your app for your records, so you can return to it at any time.
Some examples of these can include:
- Uniform Policy
- WHS Policy
- Employee Handbook
- Role-specific onboarding requirements (e.g. job duties acknowledgements)
Policies while onboarding
Your employer may include company policies as part of your onboarding. These will appear as Terms & Conditions for you to review and accept before you can continue through the 5-step onboarding process.
Any policies you agree to are saved to your profile, so you can come back and view them at any time once you've completed onboarding. We’ve included steps for accessing these documents in the final section of this guide.
Review and confirm new policies
When your employer issues a new policy, you'll be notified via email or SMS. If you're an active employee, you'll also see a call-to-action card on the home screen of your Employee App.
This lets you know that new policies are ready for review, so you can view and confirm them at your convenience on your mobile device.
To confirm policies issued to you:
For current employee's on your home page, select the Work Policies call-to-action card. This will navigate you to the policies. Additionally, because you are accessing sensitive information, you will receive a verification code.
In the Platform Documents section, you’ll see a list of all policy T&Cs. To review a document, select the link to open the PDF.
Once you’ve read the document, confirm it by selecting the checkbox.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and select Update Details to apply your changes.
View policies in your app
Once you've confirmed the Terms & Conditions (T&C), you can access them in your app at any time to review them whenever you need. All policies are stored as PDF documents, so you can easily view or save them for your records.
You can view the Terms & Conditions or the policy documents themselves, both of which are available in 2 places on your platform for easy access.
To view your confirmed T&Cs:
From the home page, navigate to the main menu > View Profile > Other.
- On the Other page, scroll to the Terms and Conditions section.
- From here, you will see a list of all Terms & Conditions sent to you. You won’t need to reconfirm any previously accepted T&Cs, as these will be greyed out. You can still review them at any time and confirm any new policies that are issued to you.
To view your policy documents:
- From the home page, navigate to main menu > View Profile > Documents.
As you are accessing sensitive information, you will be sent a verification code.
- On the Documents page, scroll to the Platform Documents section.
From here, you will see a list of all PDF files. Locate the required policy and select the link to open it.
- To save the document, right-click in the PDF and select Save as.
