A guide to understanding and resolving overdrawn balances in Wageflo
While your managers do their best to ensure that all your worked hours and payments are processed accurately, there may be rare occasions when a shift is updated or adjusted by your manager after you’ve already made a Wageflo withdrawal.
When this happens, the adjustment may temporarily affect your available balance in Wageflo, and you might notice a negative balance displayed in your Employee App.
Read on to see how this can be quickly sorted out and how you can keep using Wageflo with confidence in future.
Overdrawn Wageflow
If you can see a negative balance in Wageflo in your Employee app, this isn’t cause for concern — it simply means that an update was made to your shifts after your withdrawal.
This means that for your next pay, the negative balance will be deducted from your net amount, and you do not need to pay back any overdrawn amounts.
Don't worry you will still be able to earn more and withdraw again in the current pay cycle once the outstanding overdraw has been reconciled.
If this happens in consecutive pay periods, then foundU will block withdrawals until we can reconcile the outstanding amount.
