If your business uses the Clock App on an iPad, it's important to know your unique Employee ID and the passcode that goes with it. This information ensures that your clocking in and out is recorded accurately.

Locate your employee ID
To start your shift on the foundU Clock App, you'll need to enter your Employee ID number and Passcode.
If you work for multiple businesses that use foundU, please ensure you use your correct Employee ID for the relevant company to avoid issues when clocking in for your shifts.
To view your Employee ID:
- In your Employee App, navigate to the main menu > View Profile. Under the Details section, select Clock Passcode.
Here you will see your Employee ID.
Reset your clock passcode
If your business utilises the Clock App on an iPad, it's likely that you established a Clock Passcode during the onboarding process. This 4-digit passcode, along with your Employee ID, is needed for clocking in for your shifts.
However, if you ever feel the need to change your passcode for any reason, you have the option to reset it at any time. This flexibility ensures that you can maintain the security of your app as needed.
To reset your Clock Passcode:
- In your Employee App, navigate to the main menu > View Profile. Under the Details section, select Clock Passcode.
- Enter your new 4-digit Clock Passcode.
- Confirm your new 4-digit Clock Passcode.
Select Change Passcode.
The next time you start your shift, you will be able to use your new Clock Passcode.
