How can I view what I have been paid?
You can check your pay by viewing your payslips. A payslip is a PDF document you can access in your app once your pay has been processed.
The document will show you a breakdown of your take-home earnings for a specific pay period; these can include:
- Gross and net pay
- Ordinary time, overtime, and leave paid
- Reimbursements
- Deductions
- Tax and HELP Debt
- Superannuation & leave accrued
Viewing payslips
After your payroll team has processed your pay, you can access your payslips at any time through the Employee App. This allows you to view your complete payslip history in one place.
To view your payslips on a mobile device:
-
On your home screen, select the 'Payslips' button.
Note: Your payslip contains sensitive personal information, such as your address and mobile number. For your added protection, you will need to enter a unique security code, which you will receive via SMS or email, before you can access your payslip. -
To view your payslip, choose the payslip details you'd like to see. This will expand to provide a brief summary of your payslip. Select 'Show all' to access payslips from previous financial years.
Tip: As tax time approaches, you can quickly and easily access tax returns from the Payslips page. For more information, check out our article "Fast, easy tax returns with One Click Life." -
From the payslip summary, select the View PDF button to view your full details.
- What happens next depends on your device settings:
- Your payslip will open in a new tab for viewing, or
- You will be prompted to download your payslip directly to your device.
-
If your payslip opens in a new tab, you can download it to your device by selecting the download icon.
