Viewing your past shifts in your app
Your work history is a handy record of the shifts you've worked, whether you're double-checking your hours before payday, following up on a shift that's still pending approval, confirming your leave was recorded correctly, or just referencing a past roster or position. It's also useful for planning your finances; looking back at recent shifts can help you budget wisely and stay on top of your expenses.
Plus, knowing your work history can reveal patterns or changes in your income, helping you foresee any financial needs or adjustments you may need to make.
If your business uses Wageflo, you can access funds from your shifts early, provided your manager has approved them. We recommend checking this balance using the eligible Wageflo amount on your Home screen, as it will provide a more accurate real-time balance.
Work history
Once your shift's rostered end time has passed, it moves to the History tab, regardless of whether you worked or clocked in. These shifts will remain labelled as 'Pending approval' until they have been actioned by your manager. Once actioned, shift cards are also colour-coded to match their status, making it easy to identify previous shifts at a glance.
The shift history is organised by day, with a Current Week section showing the week's date range, followed by a Past Periods section for older entries. Each day displays how long ago the shift was (e.g., "Yesterday", "5d ago"). As you scroll down, older shifts will load automatically, so continue scrolling if you're searching for a past shift.
