Personalise your employee app by uploading a profile picture
Your business might encourage you to upload a profile picture to your employee profile. Although this isn't mandatory, there may be multiple people within your business with the same name as you, and this helps your manager put a face to a name and adds a personalised touch to your employee app.
Once you update your profile picture, it will appear on your personal employee record for your manager and any admins in your business.
Updating your profile photo from your employee app
You can update your employee profile picture at any time to ensure it reflects your current appearance and style. When uploading a photo, please ensure that:
- Your face is clearly visible
- The photo is of you (consider not uploading cartoons, logos, children, or landscapes)
Once you have uploaded a picture, it appears in several places in your employee app, adding a personalised touch every time you access it.
To update your profile picture:

Navigate to the main menu, then select the grey silhouette icon.
- Update your profile picture using the image selector. For the best profile picture fit, please consider uploading a square image that is 300 x 300 in picture format:
- .jpg
- .jpeg
- .png
- Once you update your profile picture, it will display to your manager and any admins in your business on your personal employee record.
