Easily update details like your phone number, address or emergency contact details whenever they change
Occasionally, you may need to update your personal details. This may be for a variety of reasons, such as:
- Moving house
- Updating emergency contacts
- Changing your phone number
In your foundU employee app, you can update your personal details yourself. This removes the need to contact your manager to do so on your behalf. It is important to regularly update the information in your profile to keep it current and relevant.

Update your personal details
By keeping your profile up to date, you can effectively communicate your most recent personal and payment details to your manager.
To update your personal details:
- From your home page, navigate to the main menu > View Profile.

Under the Confidential Details section, locate and select Personal Details.

Next, update the relevant details. Any fields with an * next to them are mandatory and must be completed.
For your personal details, you can edit and update your:-
First, middle, and last name
Note: The first name and surname fields are mandatory; if you have only one name, please enter it in both fields. Names also need to be at least 2 characters long. - Preferred name
- Date of birth (DOB)
- Phone number
- Mobile number
- Gender

- Once you have made the relevant changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update.
Update your emergency contact details
You can update your Emergency Contact Information in your profile. This allows you to add and update up to 2 emergency contacts.
Keeping this information current ensures that, in case of an emergency, the right individuals can be reached quickly and effectively.
To update your emergency contact details:
- Within the Personal Details page, scroll down until you see the Emergency Contact section.
- Next, update the relevant details. Any fields with an * next to them are mandatory and must be completed.
For your emergency contact details, you can edit and update:- Full name - Your emergency contact's full name.
- Relationship - Their relationship to you.
- Phone - Contact number (mobile or landline AUS & NZ).
- Address (optional) - Their address.
- Once you have made the relevant changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update.
Update your address
You can update your address at any time using your employee app. Please note that your address details are located in a different section of your profile.
There are several benefits to updating your address, including:
- Ensuring your business has your most current mailing address.
- Allowing your business to consider your location when offering shifts, which could give you more opportunities to work at job sites closer to you.
To update your address:
- From your home page, navigate to the main menu > View Profile.
- Under the Confidential Details section, locate and select Address.
- Enter your address into the address finder, or enter it manually. If you have an international address, select 'Click here to update international address' and enter the relevant details.
- Once you have made the relevant changes, select Update.
Update additional details
Your business may need to collect additional information that is different from your personal information. This may include information such as:
- Uniform details
- Dietary restrictions or food allergens
- Vehicle details for parking
- Company assets such as office equipment
To update your additional details:
- From your home page, navigate to the main menu > View Profile.
- Under the Details section, navigate and select Other.
- Here you will see the additional information your business may require. Provide this by updating the relevant fields.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and select Update Details to apply your changes.
