Changing and resetting your foundU password
Occasionally, you might need to update your foundU employee password. This could be because you want to keep your account secure, or you've simply forgotten your password.
You can easily update your password in two ways:
- Use the 'Change Password' option in your Employee App on your mobile device, or through a web browser on your computer.
- Alternatively, you can select the 'Forgot password' option on your login page.
Changing your password for the foundU Employee App is simple and helps to protect your account.

Change your password
If you are already aware of your current password and wish to update it, you can easily do so by navigating to the 'Change Password' section within your Employee App.
This feature is designed to allow you to securely modify your login credentials at any time.
To change your foundU password:
- From your dashboard, navigate to the main menu (represented by three horizontal lines), then select 'View Profile'.
- Scroll down to the 'Details' section and select 'Change Password'.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then select 'Change Password'.
- The next time you log in, you will be required to use your new password.
If you have forgotten your password
If you haven’t logged out of the app for an extended period or are a new user of foundU, you can easily reset your password and set a new one to access your account.
To reset your password:

On the login page, select the 'Forgotten Password' link.

You will then be required to enter the email address where you would like the reset password link to be sent.

Use the link received at your email address to reset your password.

Enter your email and set your new password.
- Use the new password to log into the Employee App.
