When circumstances change, update your details
From time to time, you may need to update your details. This can be for a wide range of reasons, such as moving house, renewing a licence, or even updating your phone number.
Details you can update include:
- Personal (phone, email, address, emergency contacts)
- Bank and Superannuation
- Tax File Declaration
- Qualifications and Licences
When this occurs, your details can be updated quickly in the Employee App on your mobile phone or in a browser (Google Chrome is recommended) on your computer.
View and update your Profile
It is important to regularly update the information in your profile to keep it current and relevant. By maintaining an up-to-date profile, you can effectively communicate your most recent compliance, skills, and payment details.
To update your details:
- From your dashboard, navigate to the main menu (the icon with 3 horizontal lines), then select 'View Profile'.

Your Profile is divided into 2 sections. Below, we will go over the key items that you can update for each section. You can click on the relevant details to access the relevant guide.
Note: When you select to update any details, you will receive a message (email or SMS) with a verification code that you must enter to verify your identity before updating them.
Confidential Details Section:
- Payslips (view only)

Financial Details:
- Bank details
- Additional tax amounts
- Superannuation details
- Salary sacrifice
- Deductions if applicable

ATO Documents:
- Tax File Declaration details

Personal Details:
- Name
- DOB
- Phone
- Gender
- Emergency Contact

Details Section:
- Apply for Leave - View your leave balance or request leave and edit leave applications.

Documents - View documents stored against your profile. This can include:
- Signing and viewing documents sent (e.g., Employment Contract).
- For some platforms, the documents you have uploaded can be found here (e.g., licence photos, certificates).
- PDFs of your company's policies can also be found here.
- Clock Passcode - View your Clock user ID or reset your clock passcode if applicable.
- Qualifications - Any files you have uploaded (e.g. licence photos, certificates, etc.)
- Description & Skills - A sentence describing yourself (e.g. I am a waiter with 7 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry).

Other - From here, you can:
- View and accept terms & conditions for policies.
- Provide updated, additional details that your employer has requested.
- Change Password - Update your Employee App/ Portal password.

Logout - Log out of your Employee App/Portal.
